DAM 8 PAMPAS!

Sekarang pukul 11.11pm..aku tak tidur lagi sebab tengah buat persediaan terakhir untuk itemuduga esuk dekat syarikat "Fabricator Oil& Gas ..RAMUNIA FABRICATION SDN BHD..ni merupekan temuduga kedua aku selepas temuduga pertama dengan syarikat Coolrich Sdn Bhd,syarikat ni banyak projek yang tengah di jalankan di Dubai.Tapi sayangnye sampai sekarang aku tak tahu keputusan temuduga tersebut..hmm..aku sudah telefon 2 kali tapi masih lagi jawapan yang same aku dapat."since we have all your detail..we will contact you when all the interview process is finished."...punggah..sampai la ni tak habaq mai poooonnn...

So esok merupekan temuduga kedua aku, tadi sempat jugak baca2 tentang syarikat dan ber YM dengan rakan2 yang dah bekerja untuk mintak nasihat sikit tentang situasi dan soalan2 temuduga yang lazimnya ditanya kepada pelajar yang baru grad..so ni antara jawapan bernas dari rakan2 aku..:

Dalam banyak2 nasihat yang diberikan ..aku rasa yang ini yang paling unik aku pernah dengar..

Please take note. I got this tip from my colleague’s father in law (MCFIL) who happens to own a successful business himself. My friend asks him (jokingly) if there is any vacancy at his office but instead he got some counseling.

MCFIL: Why should I take you in?
My Friend: I had a good PR, I can work hard, I can stay at the office until morning and I also got a diploma from a decent university.
MCFIL: I don’t give a shit about your diploma, degree or even MBA. It doesn’t measure up in the real world, son. Now tell me, what can you do for my company?
My Friend: Anything you want me to do sir.
MCFIL: Is that the best answer you can give. In that case I’ll never employ you. Here’s a tip, son. If you got asked that question again, tell the interviewer.

“Most people are “bapok” (gay). They are afraid and have lack of confidence because they never unleash their “kejantanan”. Its a duty for a good boss to unleash the “kejantanan” of his employee, to unleash their maximum potential. Now, do you think that you are able to work for me?”
